Welded aluminum fabricated pontoons with an epoxy-coated finish.
Double aluminum chines/lifting strakes on each pontoon.
There are seven, 5' x 12' welded diamond plate panels@ �4" thick for the deck surface.
4" x 6" transverse aluminum !-beams@ 3' 6" on-center between the two pontoons. Pontoon
width between the inner sections@ 6'.
Port and starboard "Speed Rail" safety rails are fabricated from 1-5/ 8" aluminum pipe with
through bolted stanchion bases. Upper rail is 37" high and intermediate rails are 18" h~g~.
These port and starboard rails have "Nu-Bail" mechanical T-connectors. Aft transom rail1s
fabricated from a continuous welded aluminum identical in dimensions and stock.
The extended transom deck has 2" x 5" and 8" x 3- 1/ 2" aluminum frame.
Longitudinal hull-stringers are welded 2" x 1-1/2" aluminum stock and 2" x 1-3/4"
aluminum welded stock.
The vertical steering pedestal is also custom built and fabricated from welded aluminum
plate with 3" x 4" L-brackets and backing hardware welded below the workdeck. Fore, aft and midship aluminum pads for the deck mooring cleats.
The custom welded vertical steadying pods/spuds are custom fabricated from aluminum
stock and all four vertical spuds are 36" hjgh channel profile to receive the four spud-legs.
Recessed storage lockers on Lhc workdeck are fabricated from aluminum stock with 24"
deep x 37" long x 21" wide fi tted with aluminum hatch-covers and gas-pistons.
There are two (2) Baier #320966 (20") recessed deck hatches with double-dogs.
The bow has been fitted with a 2" x 8" milled wood buffer-board to receive a molded
The two 75-horsepower Mercury outboards are 3-cylinder, raw water cooled outboards with
very little running time noted.
Oil reservoirs for the engine are integral under the shroud.
